We want to know what you think!

MannerIsms was developed by parents and kids, for parents and kids. Tell us how we can improve. Are there other manners you'd like to see included? Did your family come up with a new way of scoring or tracking your childrens' progress? Please send us your feedback.

Playing MannerIsms at the dinner table the fun way to teach kids manners.

When you tell your kids to "be on their best behaviour," are you sure they know what you mean?

After a few nights playing MannerIsms, they'll know exactly how to be on their "best behaviour." They may even be correcting your manners!

Teaching children good manners now will ensure they enjoy socializing at mealtimes for the rest of their lives.

How MannerIsms works

Examples of MannerIsms CardsPlayed over a series of nights, MannerIsms asks your kid(s) to select a manner card at the start of each meal and focus on that manner that night. Depending on the age and number of children playing, MannerIsms provides several options for rewarding good manners. And you can further tailor the game to your family.

Sample Rules:

  • If your kid(s) are motivated by reward, try affixing stickers to the manners cards successfully accomplished.
  • If your children like competition between them, you can devise rewards, like having the child who most often used that night's manner pick the card for the next night.
  • You can also play cumulatively, having your child(ren) keep watch for previous night's manners and keeping score on a sheet of paper.
